The Scantech Hunter H-3010 is a high performance laser barcode presentation scanner, providing hands free scanning for small counter environments. Its compact, ergonomic design eliminates operator fatigue, improving checkout speed and efficiency. Based around the Scantium™ chip and Goldrush™ polygon, the Hunter is ideally suited to department stores, drug stores, pharmacies, petrol stations, convenience stores and other small retail outlets.

Available on a flexible stand, or mounted direct to the counter, the retailer can choose the option best suited to their environment. The flexible stand allows the user to direct the scan pattern to their own working height. In addition, an RF-EAS (Radio Frequency-Electronic Article Surveillance) aerial can be built into the base for scan/deactivation of RF tagged products.
